Project Details

This comprehensive residential estate blends traditional shingle style architecture with a robust outdoor living program. The main house, guest quarters, garage, pool house, and landscape elements are designed as a cohesive whole—united through consistent detailing, material, and spatial planning.

Cedar shingles, natural stone, and painted trim create a timeless palette that complements the East End vernacular. The primary residence is laid out with symmetrical massing and formal entry, while outbuildings adopt a more relaxed scale. Each structure is connected visually and physically through a shared hierarchy of forms and finishes.

A double-height gathering space features exposed beams and a partially sunken lounge, creating acoustic and spatial definition while maintaining an open plan. Interior finishes are tailored but understated—highlighting custom millwork, natural stone, and artisanal lighting. Circulation is carefully organized around axial connections and views to the landscape.

Support spaces include a commercial-grade laundry room, fully equipped fitness suite, and spa-caliber bathrooms, all tucked discreetly into the building core. Every interior decision aligns with the home’s overarching architecture: classic forms executed with modern precision

Outdoor amenities include a lap pool, spa, sunken fire pit, covered pavilion, and a professional-grade kitchen. Hardscape transitions, such as grass-set pavers, stone retaining walls, and boardwalk-style decking, support circulation while defining activity zones across the site.
