For this waterfront estate, our team was brought in to guide the second phase of renovations, focusing on enhancing the home’s upper level and refining the site as a whole. The second-floor renovation included three bedrooms and four bathrooms, each designed with a balance of elegance and ease. At the heart of the upper level, we re-imagined the central turret, altering the original truss structure to create a dramatic yet playful architectural moment that anchors the design.
The work also extended outdoors with the development of a new detached garage and comprehensive site planning, further unifying the property’s overall vision. Throughout, the approach honored the home’s classic coastal character while introducing fresh details that elevate its modern livability.
