Project Details
This comprehensive renovation re-imagined the main residence of a multi-structure East Hampton property to better reflect the needs and style of its current owners. The project began with rectifying inherited conditions, including the successful permitting of a previously unapproved bathroom. From there, the transformation extended both inside and out.
On the exterior, the design replaces outdated decking with expansive stone terraces, creating seamless connections between indoor spaces and the surrounding landscape. A new pool was sited for better views and flow, and new features—such as a dedicated outdoor shower and multiple terraces for dining and lounging were thoughtfully integrated into the design. A small kitchen expansion enhanced both functionality and natural light, while interior renovations throughout the home improved circulation and modernized finishes.
The result is a bright, refined, and highly livable space where every detail, architectural and environmental, works in harmony.
